Interior Communications Electrician 2nd Class Jeremiah Miller, assigned to the guided-missile destroyer USS Hopper (DDG 70), greets his daughter upon the ship’s return to homeport at Joint Base Pearl Harbor-HIckam from an independent deployment to the U.S. 5th and 7th Fleet areas of responsibility.
